Putting the best minds to work on the problems that matter

Currently only available Georgetown University, University of Texas at Austin, Rice University, and Harvard University

Our carefully selected group of Impact Fellows are among the most motivated and capable Seniors on their campuses. Our robust and holistic curriculum will train this cohort to be the ideal candidates for their dream job at a nonprofit or social enterprise.

What does it mean to be an Impact Fellow?

Impact Fellows are Seniors who have a passion and ambition for building a career devoted to tackling the problems in society that they are most passionate about solving. They’ve undergone several rounds of applications, and have proven they are committed to being trained in understanding the social impact sector and how to best contribute to it based on their interests, skills, and professional aspirations.

Impact Fellows meet weekly on campus to work through a curriculum that covers:

  1. Social impact industry deep dives

  2. Skill development (both as a job applicant and a future employee)

  3. Access to alumni and mentors

And more.

All of this in the interest of helping our Impact Fellows find their perfect job. We will be there every step of the way to help navigate the job hunt, application, and acceptance process so that they can get them working on society’s toughest challenges as soon as possible.
