Marketing & PR Associate

If we do a cool thing, but no one sees it, does it even exist? Help us get the word out about Second Day so that we are not that proverbial tree.

We want young people to trust us to guide them through a whole new world, so it’s important to regularly put our brand out there so potential users better understand our philosophy and who we are. We are looking for someone to support our go-to-market and PR efforts. You will be expected to:

  • Build out our social media presence and brand voice with the larger Outreach team

  • Track results of our PR and marketing efforts so the whole team can constantly test, iterate, and improve

  • Work with the core team to develop go-to-market campaign ideas

What we need:

We don’t need a superhero, just someone super competent. More specifically, someone who is:

  • Good with deadlines

  • Experienced with marketing/social media for non-personal use

  • Available to post 2-3 times a week

  • Comfortable with turning basic branding into a social media persona through creative imagery and a strong brand voice
