About the Job

"We are a growing, hyper-efficient communications team. We are low ego, low drama, high bandwidth and fast-paced. We take an “all hands on deck” approach to comms, and provide our services to every function across the company.
While this role is very focused on social media (including consistently thoughtful organic posts and responses daily), this role encompasses disciplines including research + analytics, media relations, influencer relations, customer service, strategy, and crisis communications.
This job is for someone comfortable writing on extremely tight deadline, in a wide variety of situations -- from totally autonomous live multimedia tweets from events to objective, factual responses to spurious claims from fear-mongering haters (our scientists and lawyers can help craft responses).
Just as importantly, this job is for someone dedicated to organization, data-driven decision-making, and thoughtful and efficient cross-functional communication.
If you love writing under deadline pressure in multiple media formats, with humor and rigor in equal doses, you want this job. If you want to build our fanbase primarily through creative organic content, without “buying eyeballs,” you want this job."
