About the Job
The Program Manager manages the business operations of a project, while maintaining overall team health and workflow. The PM is the hub of a project, assuring that all the pieces of the project are accounted for and connected and that the project execution is fully aligned with the overall strategic intent. Responsibilities Manage the creative process and workflow for anything from digital tools and videos to specialty print and large-scale events. Develop and manage project plans, production schedules and deliverables. Coordinate project expectations and manage partners including copywriters, photographers, printers, developers, and videographers. Work in partnership with (and enable collaboration between) strategy, design and production.
