About the Job
We are looking for a Member Experience Associate to provide personalized advice and help our members navigate the benefits industry with a high-touch, customer-centric experience.
You will do everything in your power to provide our members with an exceptional Stride experience – interacting via email, live-chat and telephone.
As our first responder, you'll be our eyes and ears, translating the voice of the customer into new product features and policies that enable us to better meet customers’ needs.
